Romtree's Kill WWW

Release 2 now stops SMTP, FTP, WWW, and IISADMIN on a Win 2000 machine, if these services aren't installed don't panic the program just ignores the fact and continues. Also I have added a simply loop count in and now I actually check that InetInfo.exe has been unloaded from memory. This is because when issueing a stop sevice command the scm actually returns from the call before the service has actually stopped. 

All of this means that more effort is going on to try and unload InetInfo.exe.

This program will cleanly stop IIS, it is used when developing ISAPI Web Programs, and we use the code internally to automatically update our own Web Server when we are updating our code.

We have placed it here for free. To use this program simply run RtKillWWW.Exe or to start FTP, IISAdmin, and WWW use RtKillWWW /S
